Reflective practice for ministry - The capacity to reflect on our experience is a key skill that enables us to develop as practitioners in any field of vocation, including Christian ministry.
The rhythms, postures, and habits of mind that support reflective practice help us to deepen our ministry and personally flourish while we're doing it--in the front-stage, back-stage, and off-stage spheres of life.
