Is it in their nature, or can we nurture this? This workshop will look at how we find and develop renewal leaders.

Justin Duckworth has recently been named Archbishop, the senior Bishop of the NZ Anglican Dioceses. He continues in his role as Bishop of Wellington (since 2012), and becomes one of the three Archbishops and Primates of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia.
He continues to lead the Wellington diocese in deepening its culture of missional discipleship across all aspects of diocesan life. He is excited about building up the life of the wider Anglican Church.
He says – “I’m looking forward to the privilege of serving across the Church, particularly in the three Tikanga space. What excites me is the potential in the breadth of the Church and the diverse gifts that we bring and working together to enhance those gifts.” “I believe passionately that God through his Church can make a profound difference, locally, provincially and to the world. And I think that difference is essential, now more than at any other time I’ve been alive.”
In recent years he has helped developed a team of youth leaders who live in intentional communities around Wellington, Palmerston North and the Hutt Valley, known as the Anglican Youth Movement.
In 2018 Justin and wife Jenny moved to Whanganui with a group of young leaders and their families. Justin shares his ministry in the Diocese with Assistant Bishop of Wellington, Rev Anashuya Fletcher.
